Laravel permissions would also control every screen action. That keeps users from seeing buttons they cannot actually use. It also avoids writing the same CRUD logic again and again. Vuetify 3 on Nuxt 3 is a solid pick, but the permission matrix is where these builds usually stall, route guards and component-level v-if checks need the same source of truth from Sanctum, or the UI drifts from the API.
