Karena Bapak/Ibu akan langsung fokus ke input data begitu sistem siap, saya akan mulai dari struktur tabel dulu — surat masuk, surat keluar, riwayat status, klasifikasi, dan unit pengolah — lalu template Excel impor massal yang kolomnya persis mengikuti skema itu, dengan validasi baris per baris supaya data salah ditolak sebelum masuk database, bukan sesudahnya. Saya bangun dengan Laravel + MySQL: modul surat masuk/keluar, pelacakan status berjenjang, arsip digital dengan upload scan, pencarian cepat dan filter tanggal, serta export laporan ke PDF dan Excel. Hak akses admin, petugas loket, dan supervisor diatur lewat role dan permission, dengan log aktivitas agar jelas siapa mengubah apa. UI dibuat ringan supaya lancar di jaringan kantor. Demo di server staging dulu sebelum serah terima, lengkap dengan source code, skema database, panduan instalasi dan user guide berbahasa Indonesia. Saya bisa mulai segera.
