I’m an adult learner who can manage the basics in everyday situations, yet I still miss a lot of what native speakers say once the pace picks up. What I need now is a native tutor who can sharpen my ear while guiding me through real-life conversation practice. Our sessions should center on listening comprehension inside natural dialogue: podcasts, short videos, news clips, spontaneous chats—whatever keeps the language authentic. I’m happy to speak and respond, but the primary goal is to train my listening so the back-and-forth feels effortless when I’m out in the world. A typical meeting might involve: • A short audio or video segment at normal speed • Live breakdown of tricky sections—idioms, contractions, cultural references • Reinforcement through targeted conversation and quick recap exercises I’m flexible on scheduling and platforms (Zoom, Skype, Google Meet all work).
