Paved Dropped Kerb Site Plan

I need a detailed site plan for a dropped kerb primarily for vehicle access, specifically cars. The surface should be paved or tarmac (both permeable options subject to planning approval). Key Requirements: - Professional design for vehicle access - Paved surface Ideal Skills & Experience: - Experience with site plans - Needs to be to scale as sent to planning authority - i have measurements and an outline alreay done as attached. need one existing plan and one proposed (also to include materials used as follows (in existing to say -The existing front garden comprises a soft landscaped area predominantly laid to lawn, with sections of exposed soil and low-level planting. The boundary treatment consists of low brick wall. There is currently no hardstanding suitable for vehicle access. The existing footway (public pavement) is constructed of standard grey concrete paving slabs. There is no existing dropped kerb. and in proposed one to say -The proposal is to form a vehicular access and hardstanding within the front garden using the following materials: Driveway / hardstanding surface: Option A: Permeable concrete block paving (e.g. Marshalls Tegula Priora or similar approved), colour: charcoal. Option B: Permeable asphalt (porous tarmac), colour: black/charcoal, laid to allow water infiltration. Finish: as above Sub-base: Free-draining MOT Type 3 sub-base to support a permeable construction. Drainage: The surface will be fully permeable, allowing water to infiltrate within the site. No surface water will discharge onto the public highway. Dropped kerb (vehicular crossover): To be constructed by the highway authority using standard pre-cast concrete kerbs, colour: natural grey, to match the existing street.
