The feeds that exist are aggregators, and direct book access is affiliate-gated. Scraping the rest means fighting Cloudflare and re-fixing selectors most weeks. Tell me which books you actually bet with and I will confirm coverage before we pick a stack. 2. An arb window is seconds wide. A phone polling feeds will miss most of them and flatten your battery doing it. The watcher belongs on a small always-on server that holds the connections, computes the arb and pushes you a notification. The app is the client that shows and logs. Same features you listed, an architecture that actually catches windows. 3. It tracks bets, it does not place them, so sideloading the APK is the right call anyway. Do not plan around Play Store.
