PROJECT: ChaloTrain – End-to-End Android App Completion & Google Play Store Launch Budget: ₹5,000 fixed I already have an existing ChaloTrain Android project ZIP. The project is built with Kotlin + Jetpack Compose and several railway features/APIs are already implemented. I am looking for a freelancer who can take the existing project and complete the remaining work end-to-end up to Google Play Store production publication. SCOPE OF WORK: 1. Take my existing ZIP/project and continue from the current codebase. 2. Audit the existing project and preserve all working features. 3. Complete all remaining railway API integrations using my provided API access. 4. Verify the already integrated APIs and fix any integration issues. 5. Complete Fare Enquiry real API verification. 6. Complete PNR Status. 7. Complete Seat Availability. 8. Complete Train Classes. 9. Complete Live Station. 10. No mock data, fake results, hardcoded railway results or demo API responses. 11. Keep API credentials secure and do not expose them in the Android app. 12. Complete loading, empty, error, retry and API failure states. 13. Fix Android build/Gradle errors. 14. Test the application on a real Android device. 15. Fix crashes, navigation issues and major UI bugs. 16. Verify English/Hindi and Light/Dark mode. 17. Prepare a production-ready signed AAB. 18. Prepare the required Play Store listing assets and information. 19. Configure/upload the application to my Google Play Console account. 20. Set up the required testing track. 21. Assist with the required Google Play testing and production-access process. 22. Fix reasonable Play Console/release issues found during the process. 23. Publish ChaloTrain to Google Play production after Google approval. IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS: - Continue from my existing project. Do not unnecessarily rebuild everything. - Do not remove working features. - Do not use mock/fake/hardcoded railway data. - Use real API responses. - Do not change the package name without my approval. - Do not publish the app under your own Play Console account. - My Play Console account will be used for publication. - My API credentials will be provided where required. - All source code and backend code must remain my property. - Final source code must be handed back to me. - Final deliverable must include the production-ready project and AAB. - Payment is fixed at ₹5,000. - Payment will be released after the agreed end-to-end deliverables are completed and the app is successfully published on Google Play, subject to Google Play approval.
