Klaviyo Troubleshooting and Optimization

I’m looking for an experienced Klaviyo expert to help me troubleshoot and optimize my setup. Here’s the situation: Klaviyo is connected to my Shopify store Domain is connected and verified Cart abandonment flow is fully set up and activated However, emails are NOT being sent The system shows an “email syntax error” Additionally, Klaviyo indicates that I’ve already used my consumption plan, even though no emails have actually been delivered What I need: Identify and fix the email syntax error Ensure the cart abandonment flow sends properly Diagnose why the plan consumption is being triggered without successful deliveries Optimize the account setup (sending domain, authentication, deliverability, best practices) Brief consultation to ensure everything is set up correctly for scaling My store runs on Shopify.
