Build Kickstrater project to raise funds from crowd (design concept, copyright, clip etc)

I have a agri-tech project for emerging market that will change the industry, help people and farmers, i try to raise fun in conventional way, but as its slow, i want to try crowd funding.

Task is for marketer, to build Kick starter project to raise funds from crowd (design concept, copyright, clip etc): I have all materials and concepts but not in kick-starter attractive way and no clip etc.

Need someone who did it before successfully proven.

milestone 1 : Planning and feasibility , build raw concept and fund prediction with confidence, decide on target platforms/sites

milestone 2: Execution and build campaign and materials

milestone 3: Monitor and run the campaign till success

payment: base minimal + success fee

funding needed: high six figures
