I am looking for a dedicated SEO professional to join me full time and take ownership of every pillar of search optimisation on our sites. We already have an established strategy and a backlog of best-practice processes, yet I know there is far more we can squeeze out of our on-page, off-page and technical work. Day to day you will keep content pages sharp with thorough keyword research, data-driven metadata tweaks and internal linking improvements. Off the site you will nurture a healthy backlink profile through outreach that feels authentic, while monitoring brand mentions and competitor moves. Under the hood, I want regular technical audits to keep speed, crawlability, structured data and indexation in top shape. Success for me is simple: steady growth in organic sessions, higher click-through rates and a continual climb in the keywords that matter to our revenue. You will have direct access to our existing dashboards, but I expect you to refine and expand them so I can see progress at a glance.
