I have a batch of materials that need to be translated accurately to and from Kannada. The source content is currently in English, and I need clear, culturally-appropriate Kannada versions (and vice-versa when required). No transcription is involved—this is a straight translation assignment. I’ll share the files in editable formats, mostly Word and PDF. For each piece, please deliver: • A clean Kannada translation that preserves tone, terminology, and formatting • A short translator’s note highlighting any idiomatic choices or terms without direct equivalents Fluency in both Kannada and English is essential; experience with Indian regional terminology and style guides will help you stand out. If you also handle other Indian languages such as Hindi or Tamil, let me know—future work may expand in that direction, though the current focus is strictly Kannada. Turnaround and quality are my top priorities, so include a realistic timeline and brief samples of past Kannada translation work when you respond.

@Wonitaf

Hi there, I totally get what you need with this Kannada translation project. Having worked on similar projects, I know how important it is to deliver clean and professional translations that really capture the tone and nuances of the original content. I noticed you mentioned needing culturally-appropriate Kannada versions that preserve tone and formatting. That’s right up my alley. I always include a translator’s note to clarify any idiomatic choices, ensuring nothing gets lost in translation. I specialize in Kannada and English translations, and I have a solid grasp of regional terminology. I can also handle Hindi and Tamil if you ever want to expand. You can expect speedy communication from me and a quick turnaround. Let me know if you are available for a quick chat! Regards, Wonita

I’m a professional translator and content writer with over 6 years of experience working with English and Kannada content. I have strong command of both languages and focus on producing translations that are not only accurate, but also natural, culturally appropriate, and easy for the target audience to understand. For this project, I can provide: Accurate English-to-Kannada and Kannada-to-English translations Proper preservation of the original tone, meaning, terminology, and formatting Natural Kannada wording rather than word-for-word or machine-like translations Careful handling of Indian regional terminology and cultural context Translator’s notes wherever a phrase, idiom, or terminology requires additional explanation Thorough proofreading and quality checks before delivery With my background in content writing, I also understand the importance of maintaining the intent and tone of the original content, rather than simply translating individual words. I can work with editable Word and PDF files and ensure the translated document remains clean and well-structured. I understand that turnaround time and quality are important for this project. I can discuss the volume of content and provide a realistic delivery timeline based on the number of words/pages involved.
