Below are the files/info for the Joomla buildout. The goal is:
1. Install latest STABLE version of Joomla 1.5 (latest release with security patches)
2. Site must look exactly like the .psd - down to every margin, spacing, placement, font size, font type, color, etc. so it has to look exactly like the .psd comp because that is exactly what the customer approved.
3. To make it as user friendly and automated as possible. The client will be logging into admin to maintain this web site and will want to add, change menu items, articles, etc...For example: The left menu needs to be a Joomla main menu and the menu that says "Real Estate Resource Center" will be a Joomla menu, footer menu as well - in other words, NO IMAGES AS MENUS. Everything needs to be done by the style sheet.
4. The image at the top - the jpeg of the home will need to be a flash module option that will fade in and out as a slide show of different photos of homes. The same header for inner pages is fine - I just need the flash module option for the home page, then I can use that image for the other pages.
Budget & Terms:
Budget is $[url removed, login to view] with a $[url removed, login to view] bonus if the work is complete by this Thursday, March 19th, 12PM EST for a total of $150.00. There is a $[url removed, login to view] daily deduction if the work is NOT complete by Friday, March 20th, 12PM EST. Work is considered complete when the customer is completely satisfied. As long as the items in the scope above are complete, there should be no issues. In other words, looks just like the .psd comp - if you need to reach me w/questions before that, I will be available.
Important terms & information:
We understand the importance of Artist Credit. However, any work created must include all source files, and are the sole property of us. Said work will be displayed only on our portfolio as such. We require all final source files (png, psd, .fla, fonts, images, etc…) delivered immediately after completion of the project.
Our philosophy is to manage the project until the Client is satisfied. We consider the project complete when the Client is COMPLETELY satisfied and the project is delivered or goes live. With proper communication, we can be realistically flexible with time lines. If for any reason Vendor cannot complete the project, or Vendor fails to return our attempts at contact (the first being via email, secondly via phone, and finally, by certified mail), we will consider the project "abandoned". At our discretion, the Vendor will either return the project deposit or provide any/all current source files. Vendor is not to contact Logo Dynamo's customers or clients at any time, ever.
