Joomla developer needed to improve website

European Boating Industry is a Brussels-based organisation representing the recreational boating industry. Our website is: www.europeanboatingindustry.eu.
We look for someone based in the European Union, to make aesthetic improvements to our Joomla website, enhancing the overall look of certain elements. This would involve handling the current template.
Tasks would include the following:
-Changing the format of elements in the home page, including home page photos (both in slider and in modules)
-Include blue background behind menus so that menus can they can be read easily.
-Change the placing of the slogan (currently at the bottom of home page)
-Improve the display of newsletter and press releases, possibly using some Joomla extension to create drop-down options (such as in this example: [login to view URL]), and grouping articles within each newsletter within topics (such as we do for our Mailchimp version: [login to view URL])
-Resize logo in menu pages other than home page
-Remove YouTube link
-Improve default text format
-Mobile version improvements
-Setting up Google Analytics to better track information about visitors and their interests
-Adding a sign-up form in the newsletter section
We manage the day-to-day content on the website, so it would also be good that the changes made are user-friendly for Joomla users that are not experts such as ourselves, so that we are able to continue to manage it easily in the future.
