Looking to build an education site similar to this one, but preferably in Joomla:

it will also distribute online learning, via downloads of documents and video:
Must have:
- paypal shopping cart that allows both product purchases as well as subscription signups and that can be expanded to a bank gateway later
- Usual social plugins needed, such as:
- Registered User video upload/sharing
- Facebook auto signup/login
- Ability to view 1 Free video of choice in Playlist, or download one document free, then have to sign up for subscription for more.
- Subscriptions Must be able to have Free trial period before charging
