Change CSS - Style of popup article links

I use a plugin called pop up any article. Problem is that people think the text is just highlighted, not that it actually is a link...
I need to change the style of the links, so they looks like links :-)
Budget is $30 and if you do this and some other "small" CSS stuff it would be great. And there is a lot more work to be done for a CSS/Joomla expert.
