Our clients should be able to call us with any phone they like.
The calls will cost them, and we want the cost to be pre-paid through our site with PayPal or alike.
Clients have an account, where they can buy tokens to either be used for phone calls or e-mail replies.
All clients should be able to call ONE number, and from there, enter the number of the staff member they'd like to speak to.
Staff members have an account, with a calendar showing when they're able to answer, statistics of their calls, call length, rating, etc.
Admins can edit, add and remove staff.
We love Joomla and would love to work in this even with this project. But we're open to suggestions.
