Clients create an account, where they can buy tokens to either be used for phone calls or e-mail replies.
Worldwide clients should then be able to call us with any phone they like.
All clients call ONE number, enter the number of the staff member they'd like to speak to, and gets redirected.
Staff members have an account, with a calendar showing when they're able to answer, statistics of their calls, call length, rating, etc.
Admins can edit, add and remove staff.
We love Joomla and would love to work in this even with this project. But we're open to suggestions.
