Looking to create a shortcut.
I want to create a script to be able to pull information from zendesk onto my google sheet regarding
1) all fields, communication, comments, change logs, from a specific ticket or list of tickets
2) different queries, list of tickets based on criteria (status, created..)
I might need some assistance to set it up and get it working although I believe its straightforward.

It requires the zendesk API keys which will be passed over URL by using HttpFetchUrl function from Google Apps Script. So then you could place on any Google Docs types such as Google Spreadsheet or Google Docs
