I am looking for a contractor to migrate my client’s current website from Wix to Wordpress. There are currently 10 indexed URLs to be copied across.
This needs to be built using an up-to-date, mobile friendly Wordpress theme that adapts responsively to any computer / device.
The site needs to include a Visual Composer/WP Bakery backend editor (or similar) and the contact forms using Contact form 7 (or similar) as well as the following plugins which are required: RankMath, Wordfence Security, Updraft Plus (backups to be scheduled), Duplicate Page, Insert Headers Footers. The site will also need a blog page with social sharing buttons, Publicize, Mailchimp and [login to view URL] Live Chat.
The site needs to look as similar to the original as possible (if not identical) however if there are good reasons to adjust / update certain features or elements these recommendations may be considered. I need the SSL and email setup to be configured the same as it is currently.
Once the site is live, I will do an extensive SEO audit and so the second part of the job will be to go through the site and implement the SEO fixes/improvements as prescribed in my audit document. In migrating to the new CMS however, it will pay to optimise the images etc as you will be aiming for a site load speed in under 3 seconds.
The job is complete when the SEO audit has been implemented on the site which needs to be fully tested and pushed live on client's domain. I need this job done quickly too, so if you can't turn this around in a couple of weeks max, please don't apply.
