Urgent advice for sporting events streaming service

We have a streaming service ( with admin panel and source code ) that has been giving us a lot of problems for a few days. The videos sometimes start sometimes not, the player ( stellar player and flowplayer we use ) starts and many times not, sometimes we have CORS domain and freeze errors that do not depend on the provider.
