I need an experienced React engineer to do 1-2 hours development or consulting per week (sometimes more, sometimes less).
I’m trying to build a contact form builder in React. I’ve created the contact form (which will read config settings, fields etc) from an endpoint… but the CSS is being overwritten by CSS by the parent window I'm pasting the code into.
The first task is to fix this CSS problem and make sure parent CSS never overrides the form CSS.
Think there are a few ways round it: -
- Using a Shadow Dom (haven’t been able to get this to work)
- Using iFrame (but I want to avoid)
- Maybe somehow setting the main container to not inherit styles?
I'm looking for somebody who's able to do fixes like the above when needed, but also nurture a rookie and point out best practices!
