We do accounting for multiple customers using QuickBooks Desktop. Our customers do not have QuickBooks subscription and are not able to view their accounts. What we would like you to do is: 1. create an application interface that would be able to: a. log into QuickBooks and access each individual customer account b. initiate downloading of current bank(s) and credit card(s) statement information (per customer) into QB c. access multiple fields in QB and export the data into a database 2. embed user interface in our website a. access database when a customer logs into our website via computer or smart phone (iPhone and android) b. display customer account dashboard showing cash and credit flow – current balances (debit and credit) as per bank and credit card statements Previous experience with Intuit QuickBooks, with access to their developers’ tools and APIs is required. Financial/accounting knowledge is an advantage.
