Python Mac pc to make a exe that can execute 2 other exe one after the other and have a gui interface for it

I need to have made a simple Windows Installer package . I have an exe program and also a driver for windows ch340 driver. I need the installer to update for the driver or install it if they don’t have it. Then install my exe l program. I have a graphic to add to the installer also for the user to see while they wait for the install to complete. So I need the installer to 1) install the ch340 driver 2) install my setup program. 3) then the prompts that print on the cmd on my exe program i would want to print on the install shield for the user to read then follow as they do the steps for the install. It would be best if this works on windows 7 and up as my program does . I also would like to have an iOS version of the instal program made as well I am looking to have this done in the next 3-5 days I would like it if it does not always give the virus warning on windows so that it functions safe and easy for the user to use and install. —-********** here is more detail I have 2 programs both exe files. One is a installer for the ch341 driver the other is my program. Right now I have to click the first exe and the. Click ok and install. Then I have to click my program . Read the prompt for my use device I plug in . Then press enter. And my program installs the data on my usb device So the ch341 driver installs on the computer. My exe does not install on the computer it is just is a program to update my usb device that I attach to the computer —- What I would like it to make this easier for the user. Basically they click on the file they download . That then starts the chain . -First starting the install file of the 341 driver . -When it’s done it tells the user “Installed. Plug in your usb device and press enter” -That then will run my program. My program currently runs in cmd. -So with that said I want to take all that I said above and have a nice user gui that will show them the prompts in the gui instead of the ugly cmd screen. That’s it nothing complicated pretty basic. Ideally I need it for windows and Mac. We can do them as 2 separate things. That’s ok if your don’t know mac no worries. In a perfect world would be to develop the program in python so it will work cross platform to do the tasks Or any other way you suggest. I will send you some screen shots and files if it is something you can do. Let me know
