Hello, from experience I can say that you do not need a team of developers for your project. You will only need one qualified programmer. But if you are extremely important timing - then, of course, you need to work with the team. I also want to say that I worked with Google tables about 10 times through API for different orders, and found out that they work very slowly. And certainly not suitable for the site. It will be more expedient for you to create a new system. This is not so difficult, for example, sending emails or adding calendar events is done through the Google API. I looked at your screenshot, your analytics can also be easily implemented. You say that you have a fairly large project, but from the screenshot I can not say so.
