need a node.js promise chain snippet using mssql and transaction commit and rollback

We are using node and mssql version 3 to do inserts to a database. We need a function written that will correctly use transactions and a promise chain so that if the chain is broken there is a rollback, and if everything works, there is a commit. We already have the functions that call mssql and return promises, but the chain is not executing in order.
This should be a piece of cake for someone who has worked with node/mssql before
