JavaScript to make Gmail faster to use

I'm looking for a small piece of JavaScript code that I can use on Gmail to automate my daily work on my computer. Here's the workflow I want:

- On my computer using Chrome or Firefox.

- I log into Gmail and view a new email in my inbox.

- The "from" email address for this email is remembered.

- I press the "w" key on my keyboard.

- Gmail updates to show search results of all emails sent by the remembered addresses.

Ideally this could work as a TamperMonkey or GreaseMonkey script, but it can also be code I can paste directly into the browser console. I'm also open to other solutions.
