JavaScript graph code for electricity consumption and production

Job Description:
Hi all,
we are searching for a freelancer to create some javascript code for a draggable daily graph.
The graph should show two lines for electricity consumption and production. The two graphs should be in one plot and be only draggable hourly on a vertical line. The graph with consumption and production should be dynamically created for each week day (do not copy pasta!). I have attached a working draggable chart. The number of hourly slices should be dynamic.
The results of the electricity consumption and production should be saved in hidden inputs for further processing. All the weekly graphs should be automatically filled using a dictionary object of two different example profiles.
You can use ReactJS or other libraries to generate the output javascript code. If you choose to do so you will need to provide documentation.
I have attached a small drawing and an implementation for a draggable graph. The example implementation uses [login to view URL], but feel free to use any other framework etc.

Requirements

- daily chart dynamically created for each week day
- daily chart data gets inserted based on a javascript array / object
- time slices for production and consumption are adjustable (hourly, every 2, 3 etc. hours)
- callback function gets triggered when dragging values and updates a hidden input value
- change chart data dynamically using input field select
- two column (monday, tuesday) (wednesday, thursday) etc. (changeable through bootstrap)
- fixed input y-axis height for consumption and production for all charts the same
