Google Maps Icons NOT centered

Good afternoon, on my website [login to view URL] I display 2 KML files in Google Maps. Unfortunately the icons are not centered on the waypoint. The y offset (horizontal) seems to be 0.5 fraction (default) but x is the lower edge of the icon. And the lines are not shown in the correct color and not the proper width. I would highly appreciate a solution to the problem. Thank you for your bids in advance. Best regards Juergen
