Fixing code for my chrome extension where I am using crop function for cutting exact selected area from canvas function

I am looking for a developer who has experience with JavaScript to fix the code for my chrome extension. The extension currently has a crop function that allows users to cut out a specific area from a canvas.
I have record two videos where you can see where I have problem with my code.
Specifically, I am looking for the following features for the crop function:
- Freehand cropping: Users should be able to manually select any area on the canvas to crop.
- After selecting specific area and using Crop function I must get same cut from screenshot that I have selected.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with experience working on chrome extensions.
- Familiarity with canvas functions and implementing cropping functionality or with other function which can replace canvas function.
- Understanding of how to handle user input for selecting and cropping areas on the canvas.
