drop down menu fix

I have a web site that needs one tweak: Under 2 of the menu buttons the client would like to add drop down selections that actually work. (or any comparably graphically appealing solution).
The site is currently located at [url removed, login to view] A template for this new menu bar needs to be set up for all pages EXCEPT the home page. The menu MUST WORK with all major browsers.
Please provide examples.
