Device Performance Monitor and Reporting Tool (DPMR Tool)

Job Description:

I need an application designed, developed and successfully deployed to manage and data coming from devices periodically with a frequency from 1 second to 30 minutes in realtime online/ online mode. The tool needs to be able to manage data relating to Clients, Users, Devices, Locations and Sub Locations, Lookups, Parameters and Subscriptions (Add, Update, Delete, Query and Assignments & Relationships). The tool is expected to provide online monitoring feature with charting capabilities, drill down and data export feature (formatted present slides, CSV files, PDF, EXCEL) from portal. The application must be enabled for Android and iOS Mobiles. The application is to be accessible based on the user authentication managed within application.

Expectations:

a. User Experience has to be high quality embedding smart navigation, placement, easy to use. Smart Features like drill down, data presentation with Filters, flexible screen modelling (Tabular, Form view), Standardized screen outlays with minimal scrolls (either vertical or horizontal), Context Tracing and easy link back, Smart scrolling (Some part of the screen is frozen and the rest section is scroll mode)

b. Application must be high performance with ability to manage heavy data load (of the order of upto a million for device data) at both presentation and database level.

c. Smart monitoring features should be able to support graphic capability to display and map data dynamically

d. Application standards must use features like Views instead of direct table access,

e. High quality, lucid and detailed documentation of objects/ pages/ Reports developed

f. Flexible Deployment model for remote installation and maintenance

g. Page designs and outlays should have high User asthetics, efficient and intuitive navigation, contextual function implementation, professional outlook, clear and unambiguous object and page display etc).

Please quote the cost of the project.

The required attributes to estimate the cost are as follows:

1. There are about 10 - 12 entities for which the data is to be maintained. The entities could have upto 25 attributes [average would be about 15].

2. The tool is expected to provide online monitoring feature with charting capabilities with Pop-Out feature, drill down and data export feature (formatted present slides, CSV files, PDF, EXCEL) from portal.

3. As per expectations mentioned above.

4. Application must be working as Web App and Mobile App
