Create working example based on third-party javascript library

We are looking to integrate a third-party javascript library into an existing application but before we do this we need to confirm that some specific progress bar functionality will work as expected. The third-party library has some examples but their instructions are not sufficient to simply get this code working, there are additional javascript files for the individual pages that initialise the classes and 'make it work' and we are struggling to get a working example (no JS skills in house)

What we are looking for is something to create a basic example of a single component within this library. MVP means core js and css files and an example html page with any additional page specific JS files. The core libraries and the specific example is available from here;

To be clear, we are looking for the most basic webpage with simply these examples fully working in an easy to digest structure.

I don't expect this to take more than 1 hour for someone who knows what they are doing and will not be entertaining bids close to the higher amount. I have specifically selected simple rather than micro to get additional bidders at a 'slightly' higher price. While this might limit my audience, I will be automatically deleting bids that are either over £125 or longer than 2 days.
