The attached landing page contains form fields, jquery validation, as well as data filters on all select list options for the "Country" field which interacts with a script at the very bottom of the page which automatically checks a checkbox if the country chosen is in the data tag set. However, additional logic is required and is noted below.
Additional Functional Requirements:
1. Hide checkbox inside div until a specific country is chosen. Important: The country name/value must not be replaced with any other value. This value must pass into the form processing script and be ingested into a database.
2. When a country (for example, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, United Kingdom, Spain, Poland) is chosen from the "Country" field:
(a) Disable the ability to uncheck the checkbox (the checkbox must remain checked).
(b) Provide the ability override disabling "(a)" from within the script. When this feature is configured from within the script it must force only the "Country" field to reset to the first default option value of "Country (Please Choose)".
