Complete a workflow utility software using ElectronJS

Software application needs to be completed. I'm working on a project with my client to create an automated workflow, which first parses a local XML file then pulls data (defined in the that XML) from an (in-house) RestAPI as JSON. This is stored to a local XML file and referenced asset file are downloaded from URL's to local files also. This process runs periodically, let's say 1 times / hour. The application will run in Windows environment and must be implemented as an ElectronJS -application (ie NodeJS). I had a freelancer working on the project but he probably didn't had time to complete the work. Existing javascript code is very well written and it uses classes and well structured utility functions. Now I'm looking for a reliable and professional NodeJS / ElectronJS developer to complete this application with me. Preferrably from roughly the same timezone than me (UTC+2). The developer must be willing to share screen to discuss development and use shared Git repository for all source code. My estimation of the scope of work is roughly two days. The deadline is END OF WEEK; Sunday June 5th 2018 at 9 pm. There are fairly clear specifications (workflow diagrams and written descriptions) available of each feature. The diagram is attached here. Also I am available almost anytime for questions and feedback. Things which have been DONE ALREADY: ✓ basic GUI with ElectronJS ✓ scheduled triggering ✓ Reading and parsing of local XML file ✓ API query ✓ JSON response parsing ✓ creating local folder structure for downloads ✓ downloading of the defined assets from URL's Things which NEEDS TO BE DONE: + write a local resulting XML-file + file I/O error handling (check and create folders, try catches...) + logging (append to text files) + manual process triggering (for testing and overriding) + interface styling (CSS) + function to purge all local files (cache) + misc & other details along the way... There will be additional features required in the next version and there are also other NodeJS / ElectronJS projects coming up if cooperation with selected freelancer turns out well.
