Clone of a Google map flight search

I need to have a Google Map/JQuery/Javascript HTML page created for me very similar to the one found at [login to view URL] The page will need to have the search form that you see on that site (see attached screenshot [login to view URL]). The other thing the page I will need is the "Explore destinations" link/search (also seen in [login to view URL]). Nothing else on that page I need. Only the sections circled in red. Everything else can be ignored. I will need ALL of the functionality you see when you click the "Explore destinations" image. The map, the routes with the blue line, the popover with the form, etc. (see attached screenshot [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]). It needs to work exactly like that demo above. I will give you an API call you can use to get all the data needed to populate the map. That API will send you JSON with everything you need. I will also give you an autocomplete API call for the airline field (see attached screenshot [login to view URL]). I ca give you all the data via an API/JSON call. I am a programmer and can build anything you need server side to power this page/app. The map should also know what city the visitor is in and automatically assume that this is the departure city, just like the Google demo does. I will also give you a template to start out with so this page you create for me will match my site. I will create a form and the map section to start you off. The form part will already have the autocomplete, etc. so all you need to do is the map portion. If you have any questions please let me know.
