Build a website to run my script on remote servers

I've got a javascript running on some Linux servers. To run the script, I SSH to the server, manually change the contents in a [login to view URL] file and run "node [login to view URL]". The script will fetch the objects from the [login to view URL] file, then give me multiple options and I input the number that represents each option to run the script accordingly, and the script will display its results.
I want to build a website with an authentication system, so the users can register and log in, change the contents of the [login to view URL] file via the web interface based on my requested layout, run the script on the remote server, select options to interact with the script, and then see the results on the web.
