Build a Chrome and Firefox extension

Create a chrome AND firefox extension for bookmarking.. To get an idea of what we are looking for install an app called speed-dial.
When the user opens up a new tab, the extension will show the user's bookmarks in thumbnail format. The tabs at the top will be: UNCATEGORIZED, MOST USED, LAST USED ... User defined categories.
Bookmarks can be added 2 ways:
1) FROM THE START/HOME PAGE
When adding a new book mark the options should be as follows:
-Name
-URL
-Category
-Tags (User added with comma or enter) Aggregation Field
-Website thumbnail by user selection (automatic, NOW, every x days, clear)
2) WHEN BROWSING A PAGE
There should be a bookmark icon to easily add pages to the app. When clicked there should be a pop up asking for the category or ask later for uncategorized.
v0.1 - Will have a local database on the user's device
v0.2 - Will sync to user's database in "the cloud" on a PHP/MySQL website
