The scope is this. I will create a ArcGIS Server Web Application. For example: [login to view URL] The widget would be a button that the user will press. The widget would enable a user to click on a parcel in the map and then a 55' buffer of that particular parcel would turn on. When user clicked on another parcel then that first buffer would go away and the new parcel buffer would turn on. There will be only 161 parcels that will need buffers to be displayed. I have a mapping service/layer for the 161 parcels and another mapping service/layer for the 55' buffers for each of the 161 parcels.
