Full time font-end web-programmer - Long Term Relationship

We are a leading supplier of highly customized e-commerce solutions in northern Europe. We are looking to establish a long term relationship with a front-end programmer to help turn beautiful designs into beautiful and complete e-commerce solutions. ** Please note the required pre-conditions before applying ** - Knowledge of English - You must be able read, write and speak English well. - Availability by IM, Skype and email during the (09:00 GMT to 13:00 GMT) time frame. - Programming for any+ individual or team must be a full time occupation. No students. - Interested parties need the ability to work with others as part of a "virtual team" Required Skills: - XML / XSLT – Advanced - XHTML / CSS - Advanced - JavaScript - Advanced - Provide quality, well-documented code - Estimate, set deadlines, and meet them - Communicate status accurately and daily Helpful Skills: - the JavaScript library jQuery ([login to view URL]) and its use of Ajax - the open source CMS Umbraco ([login to view URL]) - Understanding of SEO - XSS Scope of Work: - We implement about 5-8 solutions each month ranging from high-end customized e-commerce solution to our standard solution with a bit of design. Your job will be to implement the chosen design upon our standard e-commerce product. - We would estimate 160+ hours of work each month - Both parties will agree to the time and costs of all projects before commencement. - Because we require full intellectual property rights, work completed must be your own. All work produced is work for hire and we will retain all rights to - We will start with 3 projects - total completion time estimated at 200-250 hours.
