little tweaks on webpage

I would like someone to implement a few little things on my webpage, which is maintained in wordpress: 1.) create a menu entry in wp, and change font size in css 2.) add twitter, facebook and blogger buttons on webpage in css 3.) there is a flash slideshow on my webpage. I have created a slideshow in javascript, which is already on the server. i need only someone to replace the pointer in the code to the new slideshow 4.) make the page formatting dynamic, so that the webpage shows up on different computers and browsers with the same formatting... 5.) import my blog posts from blogspot and integrate my blog on my current webpage
