simple one page html design+simple logo

I need someone to make the current single html page "nice look and feel" + very simple logo + buttons.

This [url removed, login to view] should have two tabs - "Main" + "About us".

You will be responsible for transferring the contents from the current [url removed, login to view] to new one, adding 'Share me (facebook, twitter etc - I will make the required changes later, just add 'share')

I should be able to put in ads at various locations on this html.

Budget is @$20. I would like the delivery fast. Paypal.

Logo should be very simple.
