.PSD to HTML Conversion

I am building a website and I have 3 .psd designs that require slicing/converting to html. Web 2.0 and css driven.
I will be the html and images as a template for future projects so needs to be sliced in a way that enable me to change navigation titles and swap out theme images...probably by referencing certain images as png.
