Copy And Paste Code For Website

I am in need of someone to write me html or ascript I can cut and paste int my webpage that will do the following:

1. Redirect any human users or refferal traffic to an alternate url. This will preferably happen immediatley, I dont require a 2 second wait or a message of any kind. Stealth redirects ore OK. (I have almost no technical ability so you will have to provide instructions on how and where to put the url's I want to redirect my visitors to.)

2. Identify SE bots so they will NOT be redirected from the site.

This should be a relativley easy job for most with experience, my maximum budjet for this project is $50 oayable upon project completion through GAF escrow.
