Modifications to an existing Website coded in Perl

It's coded in Perl, so high Perl knowledge is required. You need to be able to: -Build a full follower module -Build a notification system (for messages). -Build statistics module -Build reports module -Create URL friendly, and handle basic SEO schema (keywords, meta-descriptions, and so on). Other requirements: -You must be fluent in English or Spanish -Your code must be well documented and commented. -You must know how to work in team. -You must provide reports of your work/hours to the team leader. -When a task is given to you, you have to estimate how many hours you'll need.
