WP blog, streaming audio experience? Simple job...

I have a set of audio files that need to be playable from a WordPress blog Page.
I want to give the user a link to the WordPress blog Page and they should be able to:
(1) play a streaming version of the audio (with a professional looking player)
(2) right click and save/download the mp3 version of the audio for their personal use.
I've had a design team create a set of pro looking audio players so I will provide this. Feel free to create your own, it doesn't matter to me ... but maybe their work can save you some time.
However, I'd need you to provide me with a flash object (??) that will play the MP3 from a blog.
What I Give You:
- the audio file in mp3
- the player buttons that another group already designed (again, you can create your own but I do want something that looks professional)
What You Give Me Back:
- a simple bit of code that I can copy/paste into a WordPress blog Page that will then have a 2 column mini table: first column is the name + description of the audio (I'll write this) and the second column is the Pause | Play buttons with a Download MP3 Version hyperlink underneath the buttons
To clarify... the buttons you create must be functional from a wordpress blog page not a regular HTML webpage. You can go ahead and test this with a simple wordpress installation on your end. Please show me proof that the code works on YOUR blog.
Also... the solution you provide should be something that allows me to create future similar WP blog Pages for new audios and all I should have to do is basic editting in order to insert the new audio file.
For the right individual, this should be a 20 minute job.
