Please read this carefully!
I already have the JavaScript calculator. You can find it here:

The problem is that the person who built it for me did it wrong.
It is supposed to match the formulas and results from this Excel Spreadsheet (the first worksheet titled: “504 Options”.

The spreadsheet and the JavaScript Page get different results when a large number is input in the purchase price. I need someone to fix the JavaScript for me.
There should be two differences between the Excel File and the JavaScript Page:
[login to view URL] Cost on the JavaScript is split into two fields that create the third. This seems to be done correctly, so you don't have to mess with it.
[login to view URL] Down Payment field should be set to 10% in the JavaScript. It seems to currently be set to 1%. The field needs to remain editable by the user.
I don't want a totally new JavaScript. I just want this one edited so it will work.
It is 6:12pm right now in California. I will check and answer any messages around 10pm. I will make a choice for this project by tomorrow at 9:00am.
I MUST have this project finished by 3:00pm tomorrow. Please do not bid if you can not have it finished by then.
Thanks!
