Setup Minecraft Server using Multicraft

I installed it on an i7 Laptop with 8GB RAM with windows 10
What is my aim?
To have my own minecraft server that i can put in CLASS and have student Laptops with Minecraft Java connect to this server localy using internal ips (not through internet) so that i can have students play minecraft without internet
What i want?
- I want coder with such experience to help setup Java Minecraft Server using multicraft which i already installed
- Download ALL Mods and Plugins necessary
- Show me how to upload worlds
- Show me what is necessary to play minecraft
- Show me the network structure i need in class so that the Students' Laptops connect to this server internally
-Show what ips to use,
-If i need to have a switch or anything else
