That’s exactly what I build. My approach (fast + clean): container-first PaaS on GCP Cloud Run (or AWS EB/ECS if you prefer), with Terraform for infra parity, GitHub Actions/GitLab CI for build→test→deploy, and language templates for Python / Node.js / Java so every service ships the same way. I built an internal “mini-Heroku” for a startup (Node + Python): standardized Docker templates, CI/CD pipelines, secret management, and repeatable environments. Biggest issue was drift between staging/prod—fixed with Terraform modules + immutable deployments. What I’ll deliver: ?
