I require a Java program that takes a photo, pixelates it, and then reassembles the photo as an animation. The pixels show be randomly popping/emerging into place to review the pixelated image.. The program should display the animation and also save the animation as a movie (mp4 or avi). The program should have the following parameters: Input filename Output filename Pixel Size Animation speed For example: Java -jar javaPixelate [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 20 10

As I reckon you need just simple Java application, which uses external library to save animation into .avi files, because everything else you have described is super easy, Just core Java library. Relevant Skills and Experience I have completed range of projects using Java language with using more than one external libraries, you can check my portfolio to make sure.
