Integrate a J2EE application with Palm/WIN CE/WAP

We have a customer portal that has a 7-8 modules, we want to be able to sync and access this information from handheld devices and a cellphone to make it easier to get our work done.

The applications are simple ones like contacts, email, file folders and basic data driven applications..

The project canbe bid 2 ways... One is you provide email support to our in house programmer and get the first one like contacts working...

second one would be where you can design almost all integration, but would not have access the Appliucation as our customer is afraid of security issues. In this one you would be provided sample datasets etc and conditions and would develop the core code and provide support to our in house person...
