73293 Payment System

Currently I already have the payment system 100% done. And working. But I don't think that it is a very good payment system. I need these problems addressed: 1.) Sending email is not 100% confirmed, the transaction may already been committed but then the email could not be sent. The main communication mechanism is emails, and if one email is not sent the entire chain falls. Need a way to send emails without fail. 2.) Effective usage of Javabeans/JSP Tags, The program did not use JSP tags at all, need someone to convert the program to use JSP Tags, but the program is currently using Javabeans. Need not use JSP tags, I just need the program to use Javabeans and JSP tags effectively. 3.) Improve the overall flow of the program, to optimize and throw all errors found 4.) Produce well documented codes 5.) Usage of TSQL, in placement of the current SQL code that exists. So that we can commit transaction etc.. because this is a payment system transaction must be there or not be there totally. So usage of Transact-SQL is important. 6.) A problem with showing image using Servlet has to be fixed, on first entry of the page, the image would not be load. But on refresh, the image will appear. The program is rather small, about 6 JSP pages only. Need a programmer that can work fast and is an expert in TSQL + JSP Also, you must be online most of the time. Just in case I have any other fix..etc. I will pay more money if i feel your work is worth it! Thanks
